Introduction

At Wluzaringhun, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of products purchased through our website wluzaringhun.ddd.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, if you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can contact us:

You may use the following withdrawal statement, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date."

You can also use the model withdrawal form below (Annex), but it is not obligatory.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product seal must be intact
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products Not Eligible for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that show signs of tampering

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at help@wluzaringhun.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: We will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided
  • Step 5: Provide us with the tracking number

Return Shipping

When you use the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Outside the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Method

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund will include:

  • The full product price
  • For withdrawals: the cost of standard delivery (the least expensive standard delivery option we offered), if applicable

Refund Timeline

For withdrawals, we will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

For other returns (e.g., incorrect/damaged/defective items), refund timing may depend on the circumstances, but we aim to process refunds promptly after confirmation.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at help@wluzaringhun.world with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow our return process.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and either:

  • Locate your package and provide updated delivery information
  • Resend your order at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products returned with significant signs of use
  • Returns requested outside the 14-day withdrawal window (if we accept the return at our discretion)
  • Products with missing components or accessories

Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Consumers in the Netherlands can also seek information or assistance via ACM ConsuWijzer (Authority for Consumers & Markets). For EU consumers: you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
